Spring Lake Historical Society Research Services
The Society compiles and maintains many files, photos and artifacts that document the history of Spring Lake and its connection to surrounding areas.
If you would like to request research about a particular topic, please contact the Society with details about your request by phoning 732 449 0772, emailing or writing to the Society at P.O. Box 703, Spring Lake, NJ 07762. The Society office manager and/or historian will follow up on your request. When requesting research, please allow appropriate time for the research to be conducted.
Members of the Society are not charged for research unless it involves extensive study. Non-members are charged an appropriate fee for the work requested. The Society will estimate in advance the amount of any fee to be charged.
Independent research of the Society’s files requires permission of the Society Historian, and supervision by the office manager or a qualified volunteer. It may entail a fee for copying materials.
